Open Arms Bible institute (OABI) provides an opportunity to earn college level degrees in various concentrations. These degrees are earned by academic pursuit and practical application. No honorary degrees are offered by this institution.

OABI exists for the edification and education of those expressing a desire to learn more of God’s word as they serve Him. OABI believes that every believer is a minister and should be trained and encouraged as they fulfill their purpose in this world.

OABI is not a traditional Bible college/seminary. We believe that as we seek for truth, the Holy Spirit will guide us and as we live out the Gospel, Jesus is glorified. To be more direct, we are not traditional in any sense of the word. We believe that God is at work today, raising up a generation of radical followers who are not afraid to challenge the status quo and to step out into areas beyond their comfort zone.

Students will be allowed to ask the tough questions and ponder the views of others. Teachers are gifted but transparent, sharing from the heart and based on the Holy Scriptures, the best we can surmise. Students will be challenged and will come away with a sense of purpose and the knowledge that they can make a huge impact for the Kingdom of God .
